I'm at work today at the bakery, so I better not screw up. I have to focus on the fact that eating food is not worth it! EVER. haha =P

10 days.



I finally have a day off! This weekend has been manic, sorry for not updating :) I haven't done too badly though, and most of the things I did eat were offset by exercising :)

I go to Greece with my bf in 10 days! :) I am beyond excited, as we're making final arrangements for things, and getting stuff ready. I need to go shopping still, but I'm waiting til the beginning of next week when I'm paid. I'm heavier than I should be though :( so I've really got to focus for this week now. BEING THIN IS BETTER THAN EATING.

Intake:
- munch bunch raspberry yogurt - 44 cals
- minestrone soup - 140 cals
- 2 slices of bread - 200 cals

15 days til i go on holiday. I wonder how much I can lose before then?
